Publication on various real estate portal sites and our website

Property tour/Report

We report to the owner of the property on the status of the response and guidance of the property being advertised. Depending on the situation, we will make suggestions on how to revise the asking rent or advertise the property.

Submitting an applcation

After receiving application, we will gather all the nessesary details and documents for the screening check.

Screening check

By using our own screening process and the guarantor companies, we will conduct a screening to select high-quality tenants. We will expain the screening process to the owner.

Sign the Lease

Our experienced staff will prepare and sign the contract on behalf of the owner.

Move in

Handover the keys and walkthrough. We will do the damage check together with the tenant. And also explan about building facilities.
