Regular ventilation
To prevent damage to the building, regular ventilation to exchange the air is conducted and the customers can have a good impression when viewing the property.

Periodic visit
We make periodic visits to the property once every two weeks to visually check the exterior of the building, mainly to see if there are any cracks in the walls or water leaks.
We also pay special attention after natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes to make sure there is no damage. -
Garden (planting) care
Normally, we recommend trimming the plants once or twice a year, we will report the situation to the owner as needed, and if necessary, we will arrange for a gardener to maintain the garden and plants.

Inspection of the water system(Plumbing)
During periodic visits, run water around kitchen sinks, toilet basins and bathrooms to keep the water pipes wet and also to keep water in the traps. This will reduce the occurrence of insects and bad odors.

Interior decoration work
We will do the necessary interior work and repairs in preparation for the next tenant recruitment. Specifically, we will replace the wallpaper, repair the floor, and clean the room.
At the same time, we will check if the air conditioner and gas stove are working properly and arrange for repairs if necessary. -
Termite control
Termite control mainly applies to detached houses (wooden structures).
If we find any suspected termite damage, such as dead termites (winged ants), termite traces (termite trails), or flaws or damage to posts, etc., in the yard or building during our visit, we will report it to the owner and discuss and advise on how to deal with the problem. We will discuss and advise the owner on how to deal with the problem in the future.
